Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete the Team Scan and send it, we receive:

• your answers to the twelve statements,
• your four answers about the team: your role, type of organisation, team size, and biggest change in the past year,
• your first name, work email address and organisation.

Until you send it, your answers are held only in your own browser's session storage, so a page refresh does not lose them. Nothing leaves your device before you tap Send my report. Closing the tab clears them.

Why

To prepare your Team Scan report and send it to you. A member of the Intego Academy team reads and scores your answers; no automated decision is made. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent by email to info@intego.academy. If that email cannot be sent, it is held in a protected file on our web server until it can be, then deleted. Our website and that server are hosted by Hostinger. The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this page.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to prepare your report and respond to you. Write to info@intego.academy at any time and we will delete your submission and confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Under Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@intego.academy or call +250 788 381 945.
