Our first step approach is to listen and understand the context of our client or beneficiaries. 

Based on that we propose tailor made programs that will follow our key process. 

Learn by Doing : the courses are split into small sessions of 90 minutes using 30 minutes to explain tools or methodologies and providing assignments of 60 minutes to participants working in teams of 4 to 6 people.  The focus is to let participants apply and experience the theories.

Reversed or Flipped Classroom : the animator acts as a facilitator and a coach and encourages interactivity, self-management, creativity and active engagement.

Peer to Peer Learning : participants feedback, regular pitching sessions and constructive/healthy competition are helping participants to exchange and learn.

Hard skills and Soft skills are acquired during the workshops which are based on some pedagogical principles to challenge participants.
