While Rwanda boasts a robust educational system, it faces the challenge of high unemployment rates, with over 1 in 5 residents still seeking job opportunities, and many struggling to make ends meet on less than $100 per month.
Our mission is to be a catalyst for positive change. We proudly operate as both an entrepreneurial academy and an incubator. Our goal is to nurture and empower aspiring entrepreneurs and support existing businesses in Rwanda. Through education, investment, and innovation, we aim to ignite a wave of entrepreneurship that not only benefits these individuals and companies but also contributes to the reduction of youth unemployment, allowing our young talents to thrive and make a meaningful impact in their own country.

Damien de Halleux
Born in Africa he’s a serial entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in different fields and industries in Europe. Recently relocated to Rwanda aiming to fuel jobs through building and strengthening partnerships with local and global entrepreneurs seeking to expand their businesses in Rwanda.
He is also an Angel Investor and Mentor for different young entrepreneurs and Start Ups.
Caroline Mathieu
Caroline works as a certified and profesional coach and trainer in the continent since the last 12 years. She specializes in coaching and training managers in multicultural contexts, change management, and leadership skills development.
